Open Support from the sidebar. The page offers a few ways to get help.

Documentation​

The Documentation card opens the full help center with guides and instructions. Click Open documentation to browse it.

The Contact support card lets you reach the team directly. Click Email support to start an email to:

We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

What to include in your request​

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Workspace name -- so we can find your account right away.
  • Problem description -- what happened, what you expected, and what you see instead.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings -- visuals help us understand the issue faster.
  • Steps to reproduce -- if you can, describe the exact steps that lead to the problem.
