Workspace Navigation, Cockpit, Inquiry Inbox, and Booking Pipeline

Everything you do in Eventyflow happens inside your workspace. The sidebar on the left is your main navigation.

The sidebar is organized into these groups:

  • Home -- Cockpit, Inquiry Inbox
  • Inquiries -- Booking Pipeline, Inquiries, Event Forms (available depending on your plan). Event Forms expands into All, Questionnaires, Customer Hubs, Partners, and Team checklists.
  • Forms
  • Catalog
  • Workflows -- available depending on your plan
  • Files
  • Support and Settings at the bottom

The active item is highlighted, and items that depend on your plan or permissions are hidden when they are not available to you.

Switching workspace

If you belong to more than one workspace, the switcher at the top of the sidebar lets you move between them.

  1. Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar (the Switch Team control).
  2. Pick the workspace you want from the list. The one you are in has a checkmark next to it.
  3. Eventyflow connects you to the selected workspace and reloads into it. A short Team switched confirmation appears.

After the switch, everything in the sidebar -- inquiries, forms, catalog, and settings -- reflects the workspace you moved into. If the switch fails, you see an error notification and stay in your current workspace.

The header shows a breadcrumb trail from the top level down to the page you are on. Click any earlier crumb to jump back up the hierarchy; the current page is the last crumb and is not clickable. On small screens the trail collapses into a dropdown you can open to pick a level.

Command palette

The command palette lets you jump around and run quick actions from the keyboard.

  • Open it -- Press Cmd/Ctrl+K, or click Search in the sidebar.
  • Find -- Start typing to search. Results are grouped into Navigation (jump to pages such as Cockpit, Inquiry Inbox, Booking Pipeline, Forms, Catalog, and Files), Quick Actions, and Settings.
  • Quick Actions -- Create Event and Create Form appear when you have permission to create resources.
  • Settings -- Open any settings section you are allowed to access.
  • Theme and language -- Toggle between light and dark, or switch the language.

Entries that depend on your plan or permissions only appear when they are available to you.

Theme, font size, and language

The header has controls on the right to adjust how Eventyflow looks and reads. Your choices stay set the next time you return.

  • Theme -- Choose Light, Dark, or System (follows your device setting).
  • Font size -- Choose Small, Normal, Large, or Extra Large.
  • Language -- Switch between English and Deutsch.

The notification bell sits in the same header cluster. See Notifications.

Cockpit

Open Cockpit from the sidebar. The page is split into focused areas:

  • Sales Navigator -- Current open pipeline, new inquiries, follow-ups, high-potential opportunities, and inquiries that need attention.
  • Operations -- Today's schedule, upcoming bookings, and latest activity.
  • Inquiry Analytics -- Inquiry and response performance for the selected date range.

The date range filter applies to Inquiry Analytics only. It does not change the Sales Navigator queues, because those always show the current open pipeline.

Each Sales Navigator card has an Open inquiry dossier action that opens the inquiry dossier as a modal -- the same view you find on the inquiry detail page.

Inquiry Inbox

Open Inquiry Inbox from the sidebar. This is where new form submissions and messages land. An inquiry is created when a customer submits a form -- it appears here automatically. The Inbox is a two-panel view: a list on the left and the selected item's detail on the right. The sidebar Inbox entry shows an unread badge.

  • Filter by status -- Use the filter to narrow the list: All (except Archived), Unread, Read, In Progress, Done, and Archived. Each status shows how many items it contains.
  • Search -- Use the search box to find items across their content.

Work through an item

  1. Click an item to open it. Opening an unread item marks it as Read automatically.
  2. Set its status: Mark In Progress, Mark Done, or toggle Mark as Read / Mark as Unread from the actions menu.
  3. Archive an item when you are finished with it. Archived items move out of the active tabs.

You can also move an inquiry into the Booking Pipeline to track it through your sales process.

Booking Pipeline

Open Booking Pipeline from the sidebar. It is a Kanban board for your inquiries that gives you a visual overview of where every booking opportunity stands in your sales process.

Status columns

The board has six columns, one for each inquiry status:

  1. New -- Freshly created inquiries that have not been reviewed yet.
  2. Qualified -- Inquiries that have been reviewed and deemed a real opportunity.
  3. Proposal Sent -- Inquiries where you have sent a proposal or offer to the customer.
  4. Booked -- Confirmed inquiries.
  5. Cancelled -- Inquiries that have been cancelled.
  6. Completed -- Inquiries that have taken place and are finished.

Moving inquiries between stages

Drag and drop an inquiry card from one column to another to change its status. The status updates immediately. If you move an inquiry to Cancelled or Completed while archived inquiries are hidden, the card fades out after a moment and disappears from the board.

Quick filters

Above the board, Quick filter chips give you one click access to common slices: With next step, Without next step, and Assigned to me. They use the same chips you find on the inquiry list. The two next-step chips are mutually exclusive; Assigned to me can be combined with either.

Open inquiry dossier from a card

Each pipeline card has an Open inquiry dossier action (file icon in the card header). It opens the same inquiry dossier you see on the inquiry detail page as a modal, so you can review status, key figures, the next step, contact details, and the inquiry history without leaving the Booking Pipeline. The same action is also available on every Sales Navigator card on the Cockpit.

Quick-edit modal for sales metadata

Click the quick-edit button on a pipeline card to open a modal where you can update sales-related fields without leaving the board:

  • Sales probability -- How likely the inquiry is to be booked (percentage).
  • Forecast revenue -- Expected revenue for this inquiry.
  • Strategic value -- Rate the inquiry as Low, Medium, High, or Prestige.
  • Responsible person, Lead source, Next step, and Tags.
  • Important notes -- Free-text notes visible on the pipeline card.

Save your changes from the modal, or click View full inquiry to open the complete inquiry detail page.

Search and filters

Use the search bar at the top to filter pipeline cards by inquiry name, organizer, timeframe, responsible person, next step, lead source, notes, or tags. The search updates the board instantly as you type.

Display options

  • Compact mode -- Toggle compact mode to reduce card height and fit more inquiries on screen.
  • Show archived inquiries -- Toggle this switch to include Cancelled and Completed inquiries on the board. When turned off, only active inquiries (New, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Booked) are visible.
  • List view -- Click the list view button to switch to the inquiry list table instead.

When a record is being edited by someone else

To prevent two people from overwriting each other, Eventyflow shows a banner when a colleague already has a record open for editing -- for example an inquiry or a form. The banner reads Currently being edited by [name] and explains that changes may conflict, so you should wait until the editing is complete. While the banner is shown, you cannot save your own changes to that record. The lock releases automatically after a short while if the other person stops editing, and then you can take over.

Calendar

The calendar is currently hidden from the sidebar. Use Operations on the Cockpit and Inquiries to review upcoming bookings.

Notifications

Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar, or open your user menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Notifications. This is where you find all alerts about activity in your workspace -- new inquiries, form submissions, reminders, and more.
