Overview

Settings let you manage your personal account, your team, and how your workspace behaves.

How to open settings

  1. Open your workspace.
  2. Click Settings in the navigation.
  3. Pick the section you need.

Who can access what

Access depends on your role, permissions, and your plan.

Personal sections (every user)

  • Account -- your login, password, security.
  • Profile -- your name, photo, contact details.

Admin sections

These sections require admin or owner permissions:

Plan-dependent areas

Some sections depend on your plan. If a feature is not included in your plan, the section is still visible but locked. You see a lock icon next to the section name. Click the lock to see which plan you need to unlock it. If you are not the owner, contact your admin to upgrade.

Integrations is hidden entirely if not available on your plan.

Admin vs. Owner

The Owner is the person who created the workspace. Admins have almost the same permissions but cannot delete the workspace or transfer ownership.

Team section details

Team is visible for authorized users. The tabs inside (members, invitations) may differ depending on your plan and permissions.
