AI Event Manager
The AI Event Manager is the workspace for reviewing workflow-driven inquiry analysis. It shows recent analyses, readiness signals, missing facts, risk flags, and workflow approvals that need a human decision.
What you can do
- Review recent workflow analyses in Cockpit.
- Open Analyses to inspect status, source, summary, readiness, missing facts, and risk signals.
- Open Approval Inbox to approve or reject workflow decisions.
- Queue a manual inquiry analysis from the admin-only manual inquiry view when your workspace uses that review flow.
- Refresh the lists when you need the latest workflow state.
Before you start
- Your plan must include the workflow intelligence add-on.
- The sidebar item appears only when the add-on is available for your workspace.
- Approval buttons appear only when your role and permissions match the approval request.
- Manual inquiry access is limited to admins and owners and is opened from a direct workspace link.
- Workflow approvals are created by workflows that contain an Approval step.
Steps
- Open AI Event Manager from the workspace sidebar.
- Use Cockpit for the current overview: recent workflow analyses, readiness, missing facts, risk flags, and open approvals.
- Open Analyses to filter analysis runs by status and inspect a selected run in the detail panel.
- Open Approval Inbox to filter workflow approvals by status.
- Click Approve or Reject on a pending approval.
- Add an optional Decision reason in the confirmation dialog.
- Confirm with Approve workflow or Reject workflow.
- If your team uses manual inquiry review, open the manual inquiry view from the direct workspace link, enter the inquiry text and consent reference, then click Analyze.
What happens next
- Approving a workflow decision continues the workflow through its approval path.
- Rejecting a workflow decision sends the workflow through its rejection path.
- The approval row updates after the decision is saved.
- Analysis records stay available for review while they remain within the workflow retention window.
- Manual inquiries create queued analysis records and then open the analysis detail view.
