AI Event Manager Settings
AI Event Manager settings define which skills, knowledge, and approval rules are available when a workflow uses an AI Task step.
What you can do
- Review the read-only Skill Library used by workflow analysis steps.
- Create and update Knowledge Library profiles for tone, escalation rules, and statements that must not be promised.
- Create and update Policy Profiles for approval mode and data-processing boundaries.
- Keep inactive drafts out of workflow selection until they are ready.
Before you start
- Open Settings, then select AI Event Manager.
- You need admin or owner access to manage this section.
- Your plan must include the workflow intelligence add-on.
- If the add-on is not available, the section stays visible but locked.
