AI Event Manager Settings

AI Event Manager settings define which skills, knowledge, and approval rules are available when a workflow uses an AI Task step.

What you can do

  • Review the read-only Skill Library used by workflow analysis steps.
  • Create and update Knowledge Library profiles for tone, escalation rules, and statements that must not be promised.
  • Create and update Policy Profiles for approval mode and data-processing boundaries.
  • Keep inactive drafts out of workflow selection until they are ready.

Before you start

  • Open Settings, then select AI Event Manager.
  • You need admin or owner access to manage this section.
  • Your plan must include the workflow intelligence add-on.
  • If the add-on is not available, the section stays visible but locked.
