Set Up Your Team
When you create a new team, Eventyflow guides you through a short setup wizard so your workspace is ready to use. The wizard is for the workspace owner.
What you can do
- Set your team name and timezone.
- Choose how long personal data is kept.
- Optionally restrict where your forms can be embedded.
- Optionally set up currency and tax rates for paid forms.
Before you start
You see the wizard right after creating your team. It opens with Welcome to Eventyflow and walks you through four steps. The progress is shown as a step counter (for example, 1 / 4).
Steps
1. Team basics
Enter your Team name and pick a Timezone. The timezone is used for scheduling and displaying event times.
2. Data Retention
Set a Retention period in days (from 30 to 1095). After this period, personal data is anonymized automatically. Anonymization is irreversible -- records are kept for statistics, but without personal information.
3. Widget domain (optional)
Add an Allowed domain if you want to restrict where your forms can be embedded. Only that domain will be able to embed your forms. You can skip this step and add more domains later in settings.
4. Commerce settings (optional)
Set up Currency, price display, tax information, and tax rates for paid forms. You can skip this step and change these later in settings.
Finish
On the last step, click Complete setup. Your team is configured and you land on the Dashboard.
You can change every setting from the wizard later:
- Team name and timezone -- under Settings > Team.
- Data retention -- under Settings > Privacy.
- Allowed embed domains -- under Settings > Forms.
- Currency and tax rates -- under Settings > Commerce.
What happens next
On the Dashboard you can see a small plan card next to your greeting. It shows your current plan name, when it renews, when usage resets, and your usage so far -- such as responses per month, storage, users, and flow credits, each shown as a used-of-limit figure.
