  • Configure email notification recipients and sender appearance.
  • Control who gets notified when customers submit detail forms.
  • Manage members (if your plan includes teams).
  • Manage invitations (if your plan includes teams and you have invite permissions).

Tabs

  • General -- always available. Change your team's basic information (name, URL slug, timezone).
  • Email -- always available. Configure who receives form response notifications and how outgoing emails to customers appear.
  • Notifications -- always available. Control who gets email notifications for detail form submissions.
  • Members -- available when your plan includes teams.
  • Invitations -- available when your plan includes teams and you have permission to invite.

If your plan does not include teams, you see General, Email, Notifications, and basic team settings.

General

URL Slug

The URL slug is the short name in your workspace URL. You can change it in the General tab. Warning: If you change it, all existing links to your workspace break.

Email

Notification email for form responses

Set an email address that receives notifications when new form responses come in. If no email is configured, notifications are sent to the team owner.

  1. Go to Team > Email.
  2. Enter the email address and click Add email.
  3. Click Save changes.

You can add one notification email address. To change it, remove the current one and add a new one.

Email sender for customer emails

Customize how emails sent to your customers (e.g., confirmation emails, magic links) appear.

  1. Go to Team > Email.
  2. Set a Sender Name (the name customers see as the sender).
  3. Optionally set a Reply-To Address (where customer replies go).
  4. Click Save changes.

Notifications

Detail form notifications

Control who receives an email when a customer submits or updates a detail form.

  1. Go to Team > Notifications.
  2. Toggle Notify team on or off.
  3. Toggle Notify assigned user on or off.
  4. Click Save changes.

Both options are on by default. When enabled:

  • Notify team sends an email when a customer submits or updates a detail form. The email goes to the notification email address configured under Email, or to the team owner if none is set.
  • Notify assigned user sends an email to whoever is assigned to the related event.

Roles

When you invite someone or change a member's role, you assign one of these roles:

  • Admin -- can manage team members and all settings.
  • User -- can create and edit all resources.
  • Viewer -- read-only access to all resources.

The Owner is the person who created the workspace and has full control, including billing. The owner role is not something you assign from the invite or role list.

Invite a member

  1. Go to the Invitations tab.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter the Email address.
  4. Choose a Role -- Admin, User, or Viewer.
  5. Click Send invitation. The person receives an email with an invitation link.

There is no way to add a member directly by email -- everyone joins through an invitation they accept themselves.

Manage invitations

The Invitations tab lists invitations with their Email, Role, Invited by, Status, and Expires date. Use the status tabs at the top to filter: All, Pending, Accepted, Declined, or Expired.

For each pending invitation you can:

  • Copy invitation link to share it another way.
  • Resend invitation if it was missed.
  • Cancel invitation to make it invalid.

Manage members

The Members tab lists everyone in the team with their Name, Email, Role, and Joined date. Search by name or email with the search box.

Change a member's role

  1. Go to the Members tab.
  2. Open the actions menu on the member's row and choose Change role.
  3. Pick Admin, User, or Viewer.
  4. Save.

Remove a member

  1. Open the actions menu on the member's row and choose Remove from team.
  2. Confirm in the dialog. Removing a member cannot be undone.

Two safety rules apply:

  • You cannot remove the last team member.
  • You cannot remove the last owner. Transfer ownership to someone else first.
