Form Analytics
Eventyflow shows you how many responses each form instance has collected, so you can tell at a glance which instances are collecting the most responses.
Where to find response numbers
In the instance list
Open a form and look at its instance list. The Responses column shows the response count for each instance -- and the maximum, if you set a response limit. This is the quickest way to compare instances side by side.
Where to work with responses
The instance list shows you counts. To go further, Eventyflow has two dedicated places:
- Dashboard. The dashboard includes an Inquiry Analytics view with Request Trends, Top Forms, conversion rates, and time-based charts across your forms. Use it when you want the bigger picture instead of a single count.
- Inquiry Inbox. Open the Inquiry Inbox to work with the submissions themselves -- read each response, set status, assign a responsible person, add comments, and follow version history.
The instance list itself does not show charts, conversion rates, or date-range filters. Those live on the dashboard.
