Form Builder Products and Rooms

Products and rooms are advanced field types in the form builder. They let your customers select items, book rooms, and see pricing -- all within the form.

Products are services or items with prices that your customers can add to their order. For example: a catering package for 50 people at 25 EUR per person.

Rooms are bookable locations with layouts and equipment options. For example: Main Hall with theater seating for 200 guests, half-day rental at 500 EUR.

When a customer selects products or rooms in the form, the Cart Summary at the bottom of the form shows a live overview of all selected items with quantities and total pricing.

What products and rooms have in common​

Both support:

  • Manual or from catalog -- add items by hand, or pull them from a catalog list.
  • Lock policies in detail forms.
  • Tax rate assignment from your workspace tax settings.
  • Catalog-linked items -- core values from the catalog are read-only. You can still customize display and behavior.
