Flow Intelligence
Configure response summaries and inbound email processing.
This area depends on your plan. If not available, the section is visible but locked.
What is an AI summary?
Flow Intelligence reads form responses and creates a short summary of what the customer wants. Instead of reading through every field, you get a quick overview.
For example, if someone submits a catering request form, the summary reads: "Customer requests a buffet for 80 guests on March 15, vegetarian options required, budget around 2,000 EUR."
What you can do
- Turn response summaries on or off.
- Choose which form types get automatic summaries.
- Turn inbound email processing on or off.
- Copy or regenerate the inbound email address for your workspace.
- Check your credit usage.
How to set it up
- Go to Settings > Flow.
- Turn Response Summary on or off.
- Pick the form types you want summaries for.
- Save.
Credits
Each summary and inbound email extraction uses credits. Your plan includes a certain number of credits. You can see your current usage on the Flow Intelligence settings page.
When your credits run out, Flow Intelligence stops creating new summaries and inbound email extractions until credits are refilled. Existing results remain visible.
Inbound Email Processing
Inbound Email Processing lets you receive event requests by email. Eventyflow reads the email and prepares the event details before the message appears in your Inbox.
Before you start
- Your plan must include Inbound Email Processing.
- You need permission to manage workspace settings.
- You must accept the Data Processing Notice before you can turn the feature on.
Set it up
- Go to Settings > Flow.
- Find Inbound Email Processing.
- Read and accept the Data Processing Notice.
- Turn Enable Inbound Email on.
- Save.
- Copy Your Inbound Email Address.
What happens next
Forward event requests to Your Inbound Email Address. When an email arrives, Eventyflow processes it first. After processing finishes, the message appears in the Inbox with extracted fields such as event title, date, time, attendees, contact details, address details, and notes.
Open the Inbox item to review the extracted fields. You can edit them before creating the event.
If you turn off the data processing confirmation, Enable Inbound Email is turned off as well. The inbound address is only shown when the saved settings allow inbound email processing.
Regenerate the address
Use Regenerate Address only when the current address should stop working. The previous address stops receiving event requests immediately after regeneration.
Good to know
The page shows how many credits you have used. Keep an eye on this if you use automatic summaries at scale.
