Flow Intelligence
Configure automatic response summaries and check your credit usage.
This area depends on your plan. If not available, the section is visible but locked.
What is an AI summary?
Flow Intelligence reads form responses and creates a short summary of what the customer wants. Instead of reading through every field, you get a quick overview.
For example, if someone submits a catering request form, the summary reads: "Customer requests a buffet for 80 guests on March 15, vegetarian options required, budget around 2,000 EUR."
What you can do
- Turn response summaries on or off.
- Choose the form types that get automatic summaries. Summaries apply to event forms.
- Check your credit usage.
How to set it up
- Go to Settings > Flow.
- Turn Response Summary on or off.
- Under Form Types, select Event to get summaries for your event forms.
- Save.
Credits
Each summary uses credits. Your plan includes a certain number of credits. You can see your current usage on the Flow Intelligence settings page.
The page also includes a Credit Usage card that shows how many credits each Flow action costs per action, including:
- Response Summary -- the automatic summaries described above.
- Form Review -- the AI quality check you can run on a form.
- Translation -- translating your form texts with Flow from the form builder's Translations panel. Each language you translate this way uses Translation credits.
When your credits run out, Flow Intelligence stops creating new summaries until credits are refilled. Existing results remain visible.
Good to know
The page shows how many credits you have used. Keep an eye on this if you use automatic summaries at scale.
