Account

Your personal account settings. Here you manage your login details and security.

What you can do

  • See your verified email address.
  • Change your password.
  • Set up or manage two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Manage trusted devices and active sessions.

All of these live under Settings > Account > Security.

Change your password

  1. Open Settings > Account > Security.
  2. In Change Password, enter your Current Password.
  3. Enter your New Password. A strength indicator shows how strong it is while you type, and you can open the info icon to see the requirements.
  4. Confirm the new password and click Change Password.
warning

Changing your password keeps you signed in on this device but signs you out everywhere else, and removes all your trusted devices. You will need to confirm two-factor authentication or an email code again on those devices.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

2FA adds a second step to your login. The Security section shows whether it is on or off.

Set up 2FA

  1. Open Settings > Account > Security and click Enable.
  2. Confirm your current password.
  3. Install an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.
  4. Scan the QR code with the app. If you cannot scan it, copy the secret key and enter it manually.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code from the app to verify.
  6. Save the recovery codes that appear, then click Complete Setup.

Disable 2FA

  1. In the Security section, click Disable next to Two-Factor Authentication.
  2. Enter your password to confirm.

Disabling 2FA removes the extra security layer from your account.

Recovery codes

Recovery codes let you sign in if you lose access to your authenticator app. Each code can only be used once.

  • View recovery codes -- Click View Recovery Codes and confirm your password. The codes appear in a grid; use Copy All Codes or Download Codes to save them.
  • Generate new codes -- Click Generate New Codes and confirm. This invalidates all existing codes, so save the new set in a safe place.

Trusted devices

When you sign in with 2FA or an email code, the device can be remembered so it does not ask for the second step again for a while. Trusted devices skip the extra step for 14 days; after that, the device has to verify again.

In the Trusted Devices list you see each device's name, when it was last used, and when its trust expires. Your current device is marked with a Current Device badge.

  • Remove a device -- Click the remove icon on a device to revoke its trust.
  • Remove All -- Revoke trust for every device at once. The next login on each device requires the second step again.

Active sessions

The Active Sessions list shows where you are signed in, with the browser, device, location or IP address, and last activity. Your current session is marked Current.

  • Revoke -- End a specific session. You cannot revoke your current session this way.
  • Revoke All Others -- Sign out of every other device and browser. You stay signed in on this device.

If you get signed out unexpectedly

Sometimes Eventyflow ends your session for security reasons -- for example, a sign-in on another device, a password change, your account being disabled, or a manual or security-related revocation. When that happens, a full-screen message explains why and offers a Sign in again button that takes you back to the login page.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account, including your data. This is only possible when you no longer own any workspace -- if you are still the owner of a workspace, deletion is blocked and you first have to transfer ownership or delete that workspace. To confirm, you enter your password and type DELETE. This cannot be undone.
