Forms
Configure workspace-wide defaults for form notifications, outgoing emails, and embedding.
Notification emails
- Set one email address that receives notifications when someone submits a form.
- If no email is set, notifications go to the team owner.
- Duplicate or invalid addresses are blocked.
Outgoing email sender
- Set an optional sender name for emails sent to customers.
- Set one reply-to address for customer replies.
- If the reply-to address is empty, replies go to the default system address.
Embed domains
If you want to embed forms on your website, add your domain here. Eventyflow uses this list to allow your forms to load inside an iframe on your site.
- Add domains where your forms can be embedded.
- Domains are cleaned up automatically (protocol and "www" are removed).
- Duplicate domains are blocked.
- If the list is empty, forms work only via direct link -- no embedding is possible.
When Eventyflow sends emails
Eventyflow sends emails for form confirmations, invitation links, and automations. The sender settings here control what name and address appear on those emails.
How it works
Your changes are saved immediately. They apply to all form notifications and embed behavior across your workspace.
