Integrations

Connect third-party services to your workspace.

This area depends on your plan. If not available, the section is hidden entirely.

Integrations vs. Automations vs. External Data Sources

  • Integrations connect your workspace to third-party services so data can flow between systems.
  • Automations trigger actions inside Eventyflow based on events (e.g., send an email when a form is submitted).
  • External Data Sources pull data from other systems into your forms and events.

What you can do

  • Create a new integration.
  • Edit existing integrations.
  • Filter integrations by category.
  • Test the connection before saving.

Setting up an integration

Each integration has:

  • Active toggle, name, type, and description.
  • Additional fields that change depending on the integration type.
  • A connection test you can run before saving to make sure everything works.

Example use case

You want to sync form submissions with your CRM. Create an integration, enter the connection details, run the connection test, and activate it. From then on, new submissions are sent to your CRM automatically.

When a connection test fails

If the test fails, double-check your credentials, URL, and any required headers. The error message will tell you what went wrong. Fix the issue and test again before saving.
